If anyone still bothers, I'm shifting. Blog that is. http://itstourettesnotbeer.blogspot.com/
Why you ask? Well, basically, got asked to do it. So now it's like a shared blog. Weird, but really, with my blogging frequency of once every blue moon, at least there is something else to read while waiting for my enlightening posts. I may post copies here depending on my level of laziness. We shall see.
Thanks to the punks who made me create this blog. The end.

More often than not, long titles supposedly are less ambiguous; and thus i shall prove that is but a myth with this useless title.
First things first. I have to get this out of my head. I have to say my piece. Otherwise, it will annoy me for as long as I retain this memory in my mind. It was a long time ago, but I have to do this. The temptation is too great not to. I have to etch this memory in writing, or digital writing if you like; well here goes.
MANCHESTER UNITED 3 - 0 LIVERPOOL
Well, that felt good to get off my shoulders. As a sidenote, scorers were Brown, Mascherano, Ronaldo and Nani. Well, one of them did score a card, so technically he shall be on the list. Well played.
Having said that, I know that only the double would help me avoid some backlash from scousers. No other way around it but to hope for the best.
Few things to complain about:
(1) My grades, although that has been a source of complaint for a very long time already.
(2) The lack of actual music on the radio on the trip to uni. Instead having to listen to utter dross.
MOVING ON.......
CHOR TAI TI A.K.A. BIG 2 or BIG 2.5 in this case. Been playing it for past few weeks maybe. It's turning out to be quite fun; although it has the potential to consume several hours of my life. Thus, I shall have to follow a notion more commonly applied to medicine, which is playing in small doses. This situation has equivalents in medicine such as taking ganja in small doses. Well, maybe.
Today, FLYINGLIKEAPIG a.k.a. siew yok a.k.a. char siew or the more fondly remembered moniker of bak kut teh decided to join in the partaking of the tai ti drug. The effect of such a union was detrimental to say the least. Tempers flared, a player tried to act like a girl but failed miserably, players cheated, bak kut teh hacked into the server and thus obtained fullhouses for countless games, and I won (and proceeded to leave the scene). It's funny how almost all of the above was due to one person.
Going back to the ordinary; I tried playing the guitar earlier and had a lot of problems. I spent close to an hour figuring out the first part of the right hand melody for White Houses. Yes only one hand. The other hand not yet at the stage to be used.
What else? Converse shoes are comfortable although my very bones shiver in fear at the sight of rain when I wear them. I want another Man Utd jersey; which reminds me, 3-0. I need a haircut badly; which doesn't really remind me but I still want to do it anyways; 3-0. I really want to go to sleep soon but I keep having this strange thought. So, I will end this post with said thought for whoever reading this to ponder.
Not 1-0, not 2-0, but 3-0. Yes 3-0. Very nice numbers, 3-0. It just rolls off the tongue, 3-0. So easy, 3-0.

Dropping A Metaphorical Bomb
Disclaimer: The word rubber has several alternative meanings and as such should not be confined to a single context.
Wow. Not yet a month since my last post and I have decided to grace this blog with my presence here. Timely in fact, considering I had already forgotten the name of the blog and was very close to forgetting the username and password. Not surprising though, considering I pretty much lack the enthusiasm I first had when I started this blog. The initial plan was to write down bits of my daily life to look back upon in the future. This of course was done under the assumption that some crazy scientist had not yet come up with the idea of turning the Internet into some 3D world where we transfer our whole consciousness or soul or whatever into. After reading that sentence, I have also come to the realisation that I shouldn't have watched Matrix again the other day.
Now, for some updates on events that have occurred recently.

Firstly, on the football side of things, it is getting rather interesting. Man Utd trashed Arse 4-0, Arse start screwing up, Man Utd start trashing other teams, Chelsea are still being taken for grant-ed (credit for this pun goes to some random person on the Internet), and Liv are still stuck fighting for 4th place with the better half of Merseyside (this is still debatable and as such remains solely an opinion rather than a fact).
In other news, I have probably done more exercise these past two months in my room than the whole of last year when I had a gym membership. One can only see the irony of this after considering the technical support and equipment the gym provides, and the lack of either that my room supplies. Something amusing; decided to lift weights over my head yesterday for some reason (whatever reason it was, it had better be good), and my pathetically weak arms gave way after several sets and decided that the weights had to land on the corner of my brow, just above my left eye. However, some good came out of it, as I realised that apart from the initial burst of pain, there really wasn't any pain to be felt after. One can only see this as my skull being thicker than normal. Thus, I have jumped to the following conclusion that my thicker skull is there to protect the rather powerful brain that resides in my head. Arrogant as that may sound, I believe I came to that theory through being self-critical and unbiased, so too bad. To prove my unbiasedness, my prediction of this being true resides in the odds of a billion to one. Referring to such odds, I remain cautiously optimistic, with more emphasis on the optimistic part.
In uni life, I won't be so arrogant as to say it has gone perfectly without a hitch; simply because it hasn't. It has been just okay. First up, the lectures. I knew beforehand that the lecturers would be rather fast and not wait for anyone, but I did not expect them to be fast and furious. Good thing I watched the movie, so I am more prepared. More self study is required, and as anyone with half a sane mind and knows me would know, self study is not in my dictionary. Or maybe it is, under the section "Things I Loathe The Most". Well, I suppose a change of mindset is definitely in order. Other than that, can't have too many complaints about uni. It's a new experience so I am definitely looking forward to it. By the way, snuck into science lecture for air-conditioning; lecture was nothing special. The guy made a few jokes here and there, but he pretty much lost me with all the science terms. Although, having taken my seat early, as I looked at the audience coming into the room, I realised that the lecture really wasn't the main attraction.
Having pretty much rambled on about bullshit, I really do not wish to continue for no real reason. So that's it.
The End (of whatever that was).

At all; nothing to say.
The year is 2008. So far so stale. Holidays were very good with all the visiting and stuff. Being able to play pool and make money out of it made it sweeter. Penang was quite fun. Mostly busy eating the local delicacies. I now know that I have a addiction to Penang food and should keep myself from over-indulging. Personally I was quite disappointed not to try the 'famous' Ipoh prawn mee that has been talked about considering I had to sit in a car twice during the night in Ipoh waiting for the food; only to be informed that the stall was either closed or not open yet.
Christmas was a blast. Got to see so many people I haven't seen in almost a year which was great. New Year I can't remember what happened to be honest. Oh wait I do. Yea it was good also. As a side note, I learned a valuable lesson. Never trust a moron when he says that a cab ride to Asia Cafe is only 'a short while'. I also bought some books on learning the Japanese language since I am hoping to learn more about it. The culture behind the language is so amazing and the sophisticated nature of the language truly astounds me. That would make for a good excuse to hide the fact that I want to watch anime faster.
I was also quite disappointed that since I came to Australia, I have pretty much unlearned all my guitar lessons simply by doing nothing. So hopefully I can rectify that mistake by actually practicing more; or rather just practicing. And it is sad to say but it looks like I am taking the moron's advice of working out. It's better in the long-run I suppose so I have to give props where they are due.
Back in Aus and feeling the boredom in the air seep into my brain. Good news is that I have a new com so I won't have to rely on my laptop which is soon to be dead. Hopefully I can get a MacBook in its place in the not so distant future.
That is as close an update as I feel like writing considering the time now and the need to wake up early to go for a medical for visa tomorrow.

Back in that long lost (to me at least) country.
School's out. actually that was weeks ago but details are irrelevant at this point. the exams were... over and that is what matters most. whether pandora's box is opened when the results come out remains to be seen, although personally i would be quite content if it did not.
Also got P plate for driving shortly after that, or maybe before, my memory is a bit fuzzy. So now can drive in peace without worrying about filling up a logbook everytime i exit the car.
The other day, went to Scarborough beach for the first time. two years in australia and ironically that was the first time, i think, that i have been to the beach. Freo does not count since you cant swim there. a lot of us went, so that was fun. can't remember too much aside from our efforts to bury yk shoulder deep in the sand. yes we actually came close on numerous occasions to reaching his neck but his persistent movements pretty much meant a lot of rebuilding was in order. got some pics to remember so that is enough i suppose.
Shopping was also in order, although i am not a shopping demon like some person i know, so not much was spent, both in terms of time and money.
Cousin's family came and stayed for holidays which was quite fun. especially the baby. honestly going to be bored at home now without her running around and screaming. with my cousin's arrival in aus, my dignity was lost. the place was pot black. the time, as if i remember. the event: being beaten in a game of pool against an opponent who only used one hand to play. yes it is true, sad but true. my only option now is to learn some techniques from him and use them against him to win. sound's like a good idea.
Yesterday's flight back to sg from aus was so-so. the food was strangely edible considering i came close to throwing up just from the smell of the food on previous flights. one thing that annoyed me was that i was watching a good movie, and during the climax, the plane decided to start descending upon changi airport and so turned off the tv screen. one would think that the pilot would have the courtesy to make a few circles in the air until the movie ended, but no.. had to land.
Today has been spent mostly at home which was a bit of a bore, although visiting endah parade, it was quite nice to see some of the changes and the things that remained the same. felt kind of nostalgic. i saw a lot of the stuff remained unchanged. even the girl at the phone shop was the same one after so long. of course the important thing was that the game shop was still there. xD

The Fallen Brother
Back again after the last post. Felt like yesterday, the last time I blogged. What to talk about? Nothing in particular. Honestly no inspiration whatsoever.
Status update comes first I suppose, until I come up with something better. 99% graduated as of today. Not an official statistic, more of an estimate by yours truly, which I suppose can be equivalent to an official statistic. Friday was the last day of school ever, which was good fun. It involved cameras and balloons, so I suppose it was bound to be fun. By the end of the day, congratulations were abound among us male students while tears overflowing from the ladies. Although I could have sworn a certain Singaporean guy I know had tears in his eyes. Just dust I suppose. Got to act macho after all.
Then the following day, Graduation Ceremony and Ball. A day to remember I suppose. Never been to a black tie event before, which was kind of special, although the formalities that had to be observed at the early stages of the proceedings were quite tedious. The Ball was good, although the quality of food was found to be wanting. That did not stop a certain someone though, as I am sure my malaysia-kenized (not original, but lack of material is an inevitability at this point) brother is aware of. The disappointment of not watching MU produce out of this world football (don't deny the truth) was usurped by the fun time at the Ball. A lot of dancing (jumping, prancing, whatever you want to call it) was a prevalent theme. Ended up leaving after midnight and had a good time I suppose.
Current status: trying to motivate myself to study for the impending exams. I find it strange how even though it is my final school exam ever, I am incapable of motivating myself to study. I have absolutely no idea how i managed to focus for one month during the PMR exams. My current hypothesis is that someone spiked my daily morning milo, but as it happened a while ago, I can't ascertain the truth of this.
Another thing that has been bugging me is why I have yet to block a certain brother on msn. Maybe I fear the fallout that might occur considering his gym routines that cause him to ache for 2 days straight after a session. I honestly do not know.
My verdict for this weekend's football clash between MU and Arse, yes there is always football involved, MU for the win (kind of obvious I would go with this). It promises to be an entertaining match, so long as there is no more food fights between the teams. The prospect of Hargreaves breaking Fab's legs is very enticing.
No photos this time around due to two simple reasons, (a) too lazy to upload, and (b) I choose not to.
PS,
Gel, wax, mud, clay, come on Gatsby, I am expecting glue soon. Unless UHU company beats them to it.
Inspiration failed to arrive after all.

Insomnia
Ah wth. now is 2 am n i still cant sleep. I think got insomnia edi. Lately cant sleep at all during the night. Not like i take caffeine or anything. N always feel damn tired during the day. Ah maybe i am a night person. XD err in 8 hours time i will be officially screwed. Got an assessment to do n i didnt study a damn thing so i think just go there n bomb. Damn this is what u get when u take up uni subject when still in college. Have to go to the uni in the morning when it is sooo much better to just sleep in the comforts of my room, and have to take a test about something i nvr study at all. It's like a self-study thing n i lack the motivation so i dont care. The worst part is now is still hols. =_= i gotta go do a test during hols. Damn sad.
Now football season gonna end in a month or so, so must fully enjoy watching it, although very little coverage here. If MU enters uefa champions league final, i may even consider waking up 2am on an exam day to watch it. Err hols really boring. Friends all go back to their own countries n enjoy. I stuck playing ps2 n procrastinating on holiday hw. XD Honestly, i think i took up too much work for my own good this year, but i think i will just stick with it cause i am just too damn stubborn.
My driving lessons taking a very long time. Damn sad cause i got no manual car to practice in. So can only rely on lessons. Some more, when i go for the lesson, i forget what i did the last time n have to take awhile to get used to it again. Although i still think driving is a bit of a pain. I'd rather take bus since the service is quite good here.
That's it i guess. Now i need to try to get a few hours of sleep if i want to stay awake during the test later.
