Back in that long lost (to me at least) country.

School's out. actually that was weeks ago but details are irrelevant at this point. the exams were... over and that is what matters most. whether pandora's box is opened when the results come out remains to be seen, although personally i would be quite content if it did not.

Also got P plate for driving shortly after that, or maybe before, my memory is a bit fuzzy. So now can drive in peace without worrying about filling up a logbook everytime i exit the car.

The other day, went to Scarborough beach for the first time. two years in australia and ironically that was the first time, i think, that i have been to the beach. Freo does not count since you cant swim there. a lot of us went, so that was fun. can't remember too much aside from our efforts to bury yk shoulder deep in the sand. yes we actually came close on numerous occasions to reaching his neck but his persistent movements pretty much meant a lot of rebuilding was in order. got some pics to remember so that is enough i suppose.

Shopping was also in order, although i am not a shopping demon like some person i know, so not much was spent, both in terms of time and money.

Cousin's family came and stayed for holidays which was quite fun. especially the baby. honestly going to be bored at home now without her running around and screaming. with my cousin's arrival in aus, my dignity was lost. the place was pot black. the time, as if i remember. the event: being beaten in a game of pool against an opponent who only used one hand to play. yes it is true, sad but true. my only option now is to learn some techniques from him and use them against him to win. sound's like a good idea.

Yesterday's flight back to sg from aus was so-so. the food was strangely edible considering i came close to throwing up just from the smell of the food on previous flights. one thing that annoyed me was that i was watching a good movie, and during the climax, the plane decided to start descending upon changi airport and so turned off the tv screen. one would think that the pilot would have the courtesy to make a few circles in the air until the movie ended, but no.. had to land.

Today has been spent mostly at home which was a bit of a bore, although visiting endah parade, it was quite nice to see some of the changes and the things that remained the same. felt kind of nostalgic. i saw a lot of the stuff remained unchanged. even the girl at the phone shop was the same one after so long. of course the important thing was that the game shop was still there. xD

Kinda sad to know someone can actually miss msia. But i also know there must be certain distinct, missable differences between a first world country like australia and that third world country, apart from the word, second.

Smelling airline food and you can throw up, yet you managed to survive a year of smelling yk's incessant farts.
Commendable to say the least.

To like to shop merely shows i'am normal, not some demon or however you like to put it. On the other hand, a shopping ape(gorilla) is certainly what will stir up interest.

lol well for one who complains so much about msia, i wonder how u survived, n undoubtedly, enjoyed being here for close to a year.

n i think yk only does it to u coz he nvr did it in my house.

n liking to shop is an understatement considering how much ur aunt paid for ur shopping spree in aus aye.

i survived simply due to the fact i'am resilient.

are you sure yk hasn't adopt the silent, stealthy killer approach this year?

my aunt's not complaining so you shouldn't too?

resilient like a cockroach. easily squashed like a cockroach as well.

lol maybe he does it in his room but unless everyone cant smell, im quite sure he didnt do it outside of his room.

im not complaining. ur aunts money not mine. just making a casual statement.
